3. Users must submit refund requests via email to info@lapointe.in within 3 days of the transaction, providing transaction reference and supporting details.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
5. No refund is provided for partial usage, midterm cancellation, or interruptions due to user non-compliance.
